Dogs don’t come out of the womb thinking anything about human beings or doorbells or lawn equipment or water drains or thunderstorms. They are taught. Why does your dog jump on people? Because it’s been rewarded more than disagreed with. Why does your dog bark and run to the door when guests arrive? Because the whole family does the same thing. This stuff isn’t difficult. You just have to be aware and take the time to teach - just like raising children. ❤️
