Brad Fails at Riding Fast Horses
At BDB we believe it's important for everyone to continue learning and to put ourselves in a vulnerable state. If you avoid things you're unsure of, you stop growing. If you avoid fears, you remain insecure. In an attempt to continue learning (and have the teacher become the student), Brad spent an afternoon with World Champion Barrel Racer and horse trainer extraordinaire, Fallon Taylor! It was a day of learning about a new species, working with horses, riding horses, and failing at barrel racing. It was also an important lesson in how it feels to have an expert telling you 10 different things you're doing wrong when you haven't even mastered the first one. Haha! Thank you, Fallon, for your time and expertise. It was an amazing experience and you are an incredible athlete, trainer, and human!
