Updating: Works well...BUT

Was playing around with the leashes a bit more and actually did figure out how to detach the safety clip and move it to where I needed it, so I am increasing my rating. (Couldn't figure out how to edit my previous review)

Works well, BUT...

So far it seems to work well enough and the clip holds the leash in place at the correct tightness instead of loosening like other leashes. I purchased it for the extra safety clip that attaches to their collar as we have had escapes in the past.
The only problem I immediately have with the leashes however is that the safety clip part that attaches to the collar is sewn in right where the leash should sit at the top, middle part of the neck. This means that their collar ring has to also be on the top of their neck where it doesn't naturally sit due to the weight of the tags and metal ring that naturally go under the dogs neck. This is causing the leash to slide to the side of the neck instead of staying at the top where it is easiest to control and apply the proper pressure and release technique.

All in all, for the price the leash is fulfilling it's purpose and I'll attempt to work with it sliding down, but I wouldn't purchase again unless it was modified so that the safety clip sits under the dogs neck to nature connect to the collar or it is moveable to be placed where each person is most comfortable with it.
